Wizard Water Interviews Most Epic Dream

Wizard Water Agency recently published a Most Epic Dream interview alongside a review of “All I Know”, and they did a really good job of getting to the heart of what the project is about.

The interview covers songwriting, collaboration, influences, imperfection and why I have become less interested in worrying about genre or trying too hard to sound original. A lot of it comes back to trusting instinct, following an idea and letting the music become what it wants to become.

I also liked the way Wizard Water described Most Epic Dream as being connected more by an emotional register than by one particular genre. That probably sums things up better than most labels do.

They also reviewed “All I Know”, picking up on the vocal melodies, synth work, atmosphere and production detail in the track.

If you want a better idea of where Most Epic Dream is coming from, this interview probably says it more clearly than I usually do.
